SupportAxis's SupportSuite comes in both hosted and download editions. The hosted edition comprising of the complete SupportSuite is hosted on our servers. The download editions consisting of TicketAxis and KBAxis can be downloaded and hosted on your own web servers.

Hosted Editions

SupportAxis's SupportSuite comprising of TicketAxis, ChatAxis, KBAxis, NewsAxis and ResolveAxis comes bundled together for the price of a single application based on the number of operator profiles. We are offering a free two administrator user version for an unlimited period of time. When you require more administrator users to access the application then you can progress to the paid versions. Also the versions offered across the price structure have the same set of features and vary only in the number of operator profiles that can access the application.

There are no hosting costs for the web edition versions as a separate subdomain will be created for your account on our servers. Sign up to access your SupportSuite.

Download Editions

The download editions come with 2 options. Your application will have 2 footers namely SupportAxis's footer and your footer. You can configure your footer details, but SupportAxis's footer would not be editable and would display throughout your application. The other edition will have SupportAxis's footer being omitted and only your footer details being visible. The prices denoted below are a one time license fee. The download editions which you can host on your own server are priced below:

Free web based support will be provided for one year. All minor updates are free of cost. All major updates will be charged.

Free 30 day trial versions of TicketAxis and KBAxis are also available.
